The iPad Pro 11 was released in 2020 and made some great improvements on the second iteration of the 11" Pro tablet. Most notably, it bumped up the storage options to make 128GB, 256GB and 1TB, and made 6GB of RAM standard across the board. The A12Z Bionic chip is Apple's annual upgrade for tables and iPad's and offers definite speed improvements.
The display has remained unchanged, it's still an 11" IPS LCD with 120hz refresh rate, however this years iteration has improved brightness, allowing up to 600 nits.
If you want a tablet you can definitely classify as Pro, the 6GB of RAM and A12Z Bionic definitely allows for multitasking. Couple this with the massive battery and USB-c charging format, this is much more than a basic offering from Apple. If you're looking for a larger format Pro model, the iPad Pro 12.9 3rd gen model is also a great choice.

Mobile Tech Lab's 12-Month Warranty covers any and all product defects (hardware and software), or any malfunction of the phone independent of your use (such as touch-sensitive malfunction). Battery functions are covered under a 3 month warranty.

Refund Policy
We have a 1-year warranty on devices. Returns not related to device defects enjoy a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You may be charged a $49 restocking fee if applicable.

2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
For any undamaged products simply return it by mailing it back to us or visiting us in your nearest location within 14 days. We'll exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method and condition of the product.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Mobile devices must have ORIGINAL packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase. Mobile device and tablet returns will be inspected upon arrival, inspection takes 1-3 business days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
