We focus on transparency and access. We want you to know the device your purchasing has been meticulously graded and double checked to ensure everything is up to par and 100% functional. New Condition
A brand-new product, which has never been used.
Great Condition (Grade A, Used)
No visible scratches and body looks brand new. Screen is completely intact and without scratches.
Good Condition (Grade B, Used)
Light scratches on the body. Screen is completely intact and may have some minor scratches.
Fair Condition (Grade B, Used)
Visible scratches, and may have some minor dents on the exterior. Screen may have small scratches.

IMEI / iCloud Status: Vendors offer a lifetime guarantee on all device IMEI’s. Zero risk and liability when it comes to phones being randomly blacklisted - resell or use your devices confidently. FMI and iCloud Status guaranteed clean unless otherwise noted.
Carrier Unlocked: All IMEI's are fully unlocked from previous carrier before being sold. Don't waste a minute chasing down unlock codes or worrying about obscure carriers that are a pain to unlock.
Battery: With battery life being an ongoing issue with refurbished devices, we ensure all vendors have original batteries with proper battery health displaying in iOS. In cases where batteries have been replaced, battery health should be displaying accurately in iOS. If a device has battery health issues which make it unsuitable for re-sale this is noted.
Display: All devices should have 100% OEM displays, regardless of grade. Aftermarket displays are not acceptable, and neither are dead pixels or touch issues. Scratches and signs of wear are reflected in the overall grading scale.
Touch ID / Face ID: Face ID and Touch ID are tested and functioning as original - no bluetooth home buttons acceptable.
Board Level Issues: With a history of recurring issues such as touch disease and audio IC, we make sure these issues aren’t present and most vendors warranty against them so you won’t be stuck holding a device needing specialized repair.
Speaker / Microphone: Speaker and microphones are tested for clarity and to ensure no distortion. Charging Port: Charging ports are tested for durability and ensured that if replaced, that OEM quality components are used to ensure no intermittent charging issues.
Front / Rear Camera: Front and rear camera should display 100% accurately without distrotion. Rear camera lens graded for scratches and other signs of wear.
Proximity Sensors: Proximity sensors are checked to make sure raise-to-wake and tap-to-wake are working as they should. Volume Rockers / Power Button: Side volume and sleep/wake buttons are checked to make sure they are as responsive as a out-of-box unit.
