The iPad Pro 11 was released in 2018 and was the first 11" Pro tablet offered by Apple that removed the bezel, home button and replaced it with the Face ID format. The A12X processor and 4-6GB of RAM was impressive at the time upon its release, but was most impressive was the 1TB storage option and the fact that it appropriately came with more RAM which was an improvement based on the previous years iPad Pro 10.5" release.
The display has been moved from a 10.5" IPS LCD to an 11" IPS LCD, the Face ID sensor has been neatly packed underneath and the bezel has been squared off, giving this tablet a different feel and aesthetic than the previous iPad Pro 9.7" and 10.5" variants.
If Face ID isn't a big draw, a comparable alternative to this device in the pre-owned iPad marked would be the iPad Pro 10.5" which still uses Touch ID as a security feature and has the classic iPad bezel and look.

Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
For any undamaged products simply return it by mailing it back to us or visiting us in your nearest location within 14 days. We'll exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method and condition of the product.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Mobile devices must have ORIGINAL packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase. Mobile device and tablet returns will be inspected upon arrival, inspection takes 1-3 business days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
